Nursery To Grade XII

We invite you to visit Rayat Bahra International School for a discussion, with or without your child. We encourage you to explore the school and ask any questions during your visit. If you feel our school is the right choice for your child, you may collect the registration form from the office. The Registration Form must be completed and signed by the guardian responsible for the student's education. Please submit all forms at the school office. Eligibility Criteria

AGE REQUIREMENTS

Age Requirements: For pre-nursery admission, the child must be 2.5 years old by the start of March 31st of the session.

Progression: For nursery admission, the child must be three years old by the start of March 31st of the session.

Class IX Admission: For Class IX admission, the student must have completed Class VIII at a recognised school before joining Rayat Bahra International.

At Rayat Bahra International School, Mohali, we ensure a smooth admission process. Below is a list of essential documents required for your child’s admission.

Students from another school must provide a transfer certificate from their previous institution.

A birth certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation is mandatory.

Academic records of
previous examinations.

Two passport-size
photographs are required.

Withdrawal Policy

At Rayat Bahra International School, Mohali, we prioritise a seamless withdrawal process. Please review the guidelines below for smooth completion of withdrawal formalities.
  • 1. Parents must provide one month's written notice for withdrawal. Failure to do so will result in a one-month fee charge, except for sudden transfers of Government or Military Personnel.

  • 2. For withdrawals immediately after admission, the full month’s fee and a portion of the annual charges must be settled.

  • 3. Students leaving in May are required to pay June’s fees.

  • 4. Transfer certificates will be issued only after all outstanding dues are cleared.

  • 5. Students may be asked to leave the school due to:
    a. Disciplinary infractions
    b. Poor academic performance
    c. Repeated retention in the same class

  • 6. Students who fail twice in the same grade, especially if consistently underperforming, will not be allowed to continue their education at the school.
